At Global Publications, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent publication process for our authors and contributors. Since our services involve digital products (online publication of research papers, journals, articles, etc.), we follow the refund policy outlined below:
Nature of Services
- All services provided are digital and non-tangible, including:
- Research paper processing
- Peer review coordination
- DOI assignment
- Online publication
- Indexing assistance
Refund Eligibility
- Once the paper has been accepted and processing has started, no refunds shall be issued.
- No refund is provided for:
- Author’s withdrawal after acceptance.
- Delay caused by author (revision delays, incomplete submission, non-compliance with guidelines).
- Rejection after peer review.
- Any dissatisfaction due to indexing status (if indexing bodies take independent decisions).
Refund Before Processing
- If an author cancels the submission before peer review begins and before any processing fee is charged, a full refund may be considered.
- Requests must be made in writing to globalpublications.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of submission.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider partial or full refunds only under very limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error (payment failure, system error)
- Services not rendered due to Global Publications’ operational issues
In such cases, authors must contact us within 7 days of payment with valid transaction proof.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@globalpublications.in with:
- Author name
- Paper ID / Submission ID
- Payment reference
- Reason for refund request
